Black & Blue opened the first modern American steakhouse in London back in 1999, bringing a high-street, high-quality steak concept to the capital. They strongly believe, as we do, that to product the best food they need to have a close, personal working relationship with their suppliers. The group has gone from strength to strength since the first restaurant was founded and have now opened up more centrally-located and state-of-the art locations including sites under the arches at Waterloo, Borough Market and the Southbank.

We are able to offer them regular contact including face-to-face meetings on site to help problem solve or discuss changes to their menu. Black & Blue regularly update their menu with new items inspired from all corners of the globe and we gladly support them with this, sourcing new products and suppliers when necessary.
