Quantum Care provide high quality care to over 3000 older people living in their purpose-built care homes across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex. They are focused on offering their residents warm, compassionate care in a comfortable space with landscaped gardens and stimulating activities. We have been working with Quantum Care for two decades and have been lucky enough to work really closely with them on their menu development. We send a chef into the homes to prepare a number of dishes and ask the residents to score them for us. The highest scoring dishes make it on to the menu and it’s a lovely day for both our chef and the residents. We also work closely with the kitchen procurement team to ensure that the ingredients they are purchasing represent the best quality at affordable prices.
